Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of imRoster and imroster.com, provided by VOLTURK TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your information, and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. The service
imRoster provides AI-assisted duty rostering, live tracking, and leave management. We may add, change, or remove features over time. During pre-launch, features and availability may be limited.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are purchased inside the imRoster app. Payments, tax, invoicing, and subscription billing are processed by Paddle as our authorised Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with prior notice.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds and cancellations are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Paddle's Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use imRoster lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the data you upload.
7. Intellectual property
imRoster, its software, and branding are owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or technology except as needed to use the service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law.
