Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for imRoster subscriptions sold by VOLTURK TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Supplier") through Paddle as our authorised payment provider and Merchant of Record. Purchases are completed inside the imRoster app. This policy aligns with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms; where mandatory consumer laws grant you higher rights, those rights apply.

1. Merchant of Record

Payments for imRoster are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates, as applicable) as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) apply to your purchase alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Global refund policy

Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis or where you have an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

If you receive a refund, access to the relevant subscription or product will cease.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops future renewals. You retain access until that period ends.

Cancel through the Paddle Buyer portal (link in your subscription confirmation email), via the manage-subscription link in your receipt, or at https://paddle.net.

4. Statutory withdrawal and country-specific rights

Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal rights, those rights apply and override this policy and any Supplier policy.

  • European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom: consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from certain digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund. This applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription. It does not apply to subsequent subscription renewals, except where local law provides otherwise (including a new 14-day withdrawal period when an annual UK subscription auto-renews). The right does not apply to digital content that has started to be downloaded, streamed, or used when you gave express consent to waive your withdrawal rights during checkout.
  • Türkiye and Israel: consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from certain digital content and service contracts. Request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
  • South Korea, Brazil, and China: consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery and receive a full refund. Request within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Canada: consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery and receive a full refund. Request within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Singapore: consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery or first access and receive a full refund. Request within 5 days of the transaction date.

5. Discretionary refunds

Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of your transaction date. Submitting a request within this period does not guarantee a refund. All requests are reviewed case by case. Any discretionary refund is voluntary and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.

6. How to request a refund or cancel

To withdraw, cancel, or request a refund, contact Paddle using one of the following:

  • Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email.
  • Submit a request via the support link in your receipt or within your account billing page.
  • Visit https://paddle.net and select "Request refund".

7. Technical defects and chargebacks

If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents access to features as described, contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue. If it cannot be resolved, contact Paddle support with details of the issue and any response you received from us.

We encourage you to contact Paddle before disputing a charge or raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback may temporarily suspend access while the matter is reviewed.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. This policy is subject to Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy for the transaction.
